1.1 Nature of Agreement

To enjoy all features of vdtk1, you must create an account. During registration, you are required to comply with the following conditions:

• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login details must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• If your account details change — such as your email or phone number — you must update them immediately.
• vdtk1 may request additional information or documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing deposits or withdrawals, or at any time deemed necessary, vdtk1 reserves the right to verify a user's identity. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-approved document may be required for identity verification. vdtk1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete.

You confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are registering on your own behalf and entirely in a personal capacity.
• The payment method you have provided is in your name and under your lawful authority.

vdtk1 may request documents to verify the age of any user. If someone creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vdtk1 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions can only be made through these methods.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all payment methods).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The payment provider's own limits may apply.
• All deposits must be legitimate and come from your own source — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until bonus-related wagering requirements have been met.
• The first withdrawal will be processed only after identity verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vdtk1 offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount, not the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• A time limit for completing wagering requirements may apply — this will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, vdtk1 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms that supplement the general terms.

All games on vdtk1 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. The user acknowledges that:

• The outcome of each game is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer technology and is not predetermined.
• Any complaint regarding a game outcome must be submitted along with the relevant game session details.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the server record at that moment.
• vdtk1 reserves the right to set gaming limits.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

Rules applicable to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are published separately. Bets are settled after the official result is announced, and in the event of a dispute, vdtk1's decision is final.

6.2 Technical Errors

vdtk1 reserves the right to correct any incorrectly displayed payouts or bonuses resulting from software or hardware errors. If an incorrect amount has been distributed in such circumstances, it will be recovered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vdtk1 platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users or staff.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other automation tools.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity.

8.1 Suspension or Closure by vdtk1

vdtk1 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Age verification reveals the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account is operated in the name of a person on a sanctions list.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. If any active bonus wagering requirements are not met before account closure, that bonus will be cancelled. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate real-money balance.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

vdtk1 may apply a specific policy to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please contact our support team for details.

vdtk1 is always committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, the Company's liability is limited in the following areas:

• The Company is not liable for any loss caused by issues with the user's device or internet connection.
• The Company is not directly liable for technical errors by third-party game providers.
• The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory changes).
• The Company does not bear responsibility for losses caused by the user's own mistakes.

In the event of any dispute, vdtk1's decision shall be considered final. However, all complaints are reviewed through a fair and transparent process and evidence from the user is accepted.
